KickBoxing is a stand up combat sport based on kicking, punching, self defence and karate moves. Antimo has a Second Degree BlackBelt with 20 years experience teaching Martial Arts, Karate, KickBoxing and self defence. His classes are high energy, great fun and a full body workout, improving flexibility, balance and coordination. His motto: ‘feel safe, get fit, have fun!’

Lani is a London-bred fitness instructor, model and dancer. After being in the entertainment industry for 10 years she is now a full time fitness enthusiast and instructor. As a passionate, creative and hardworking individual, Lani is highly motivated and driven, whether it be leading or working her classes.

After struggling with weight management, Linzy decided to make a positive change and qualified to teach fitness with a focus on helping others like herself. Spin and Zumba are her expertise, always striving to make her classes effective, achievable and enjoyable. Fun Fact: As a Second Lieutenant in the Combined Cadet Force Linzy’s great at stripping, reassembling and shooting a rifle!

Valentin is from Bulgaria. His main passions are health and fitness while helping people to a healthier lifestyle by teaching classes and Personal Training. His expertise is; muscle building / body toning, weight management, core strength and balance. Remember…your goal is also his goal. Valentin will be there for you in every step along the way to a healthier lifestyle.

Oliana originally from Belarus is a Trainer Specialist BSc(Hons) and certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner DipION, mBANT, CNHC, working with a holistic approach of Nutritional Therapy and Exercise Therapy. During the last 17 years she has worked as group fitness coach and Personal Trainer and is qualified to teach Yoga, Anti-Gravity Yoga, Pole Dance, TRX, Barre, Spin and Body Pump.

Shan has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor in London for over 4 years and she ‘loves it’! Her specialism is teaching Spin, fitness bootcamps and a great circuit style HIIT classes. Her focus is for classes where everyone has lots of fun, working hard to great music, combined with feel good vibes and a lot of sweat.

Laura
Laura started practicing Pilates to address long-term postural issues. After qualifying as a teacher, her philosophy that Pilates is key to fostering a connection between body and mind. Her awareness and focus on Pilates leads to an intense and satisfying workout, leaves clients feeling stronger and free from pain. Her teaching embraces the principles Joseph Pilates advocated, but also the science of movement.
