High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest.
As an example: a good starter workout is to run as fast as you can for 1 minute and then walk for 2 minutes. Repeat this 3-minute interval five times for a 15-minute, fat-burning workout. It may sound too simple to be effective, but the science suggests HIIP workouts are one of the most effective you can do.

Our pilates classes will benefit everyone regardless of age, race, size, gender or physical fitness. Pilates classes will include workouts and stretches that are slow and controlled with attention to proper breathing techniques in combination with a strong emphasis on the core.
Our mat-based pilate classes consist of a series of exercises designed to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of the body to improve mobility, stability, coordination and posture. These exercises are performed on the flooring using the body against gravity to create resistance training. Pilates is a whole body exercise that has numerous benefits, from improved flexibility to a stronger core to more defined and toned muscles.
Spin
Spinning is a form of indoor cycling, set to inspirational music which gives you a high energy cardio workout. Our Spinning classes are given by qualified instructors who will push you and vary the routine to ensure you get the most from your workout.
